How the Free Custom Mockup Works
We know that you have hundreds of digital agencies to choose from and when you’re investing in something as important as a website for your business you want to make the right choice.
By giving clients a free custom mockup we’re letting them take us on a short test drive before they commit. We do this because we’re small business owners ourselves, and we know how important this decision is.
If you like the mockup, then we can move forward with the project and work together.
If your test drive experience wasn’t good with us, then you can move on with no hard feelings.
Fill Out and Submit the Contact Form
The first step to getting your free mockup is filling out the contact form on this page and submitting it. After we review, we’ll respond with an email within one business day to set up an introduction call to learn more about your project.
Introduction Phone Call
Either through phone or zoom, we’ll chat for 15-30 minutes. We’ll ask you a series of questions to determine your goals, key functions for the website, your timeline, and any other important considerations we should take into account.
Get Your Proposal
Within 2-3 business days we’ll email you a proposal for the project. This includes a detailed list of all the services and features provided, a timeline, and a quote for the total cost.
If the scope and budget work for you then we’ll move forward with your free mockup. If we discover that our proposal and costs don’t fit your budget, then we wouldn’t put time into the free mockup. We only provide the free mockup if there’s a potential we can work together (qualified prospects). You won’t need to sign, commit, or agree to anything at this point.
The nice thing about having the proposal in place is if you like the mockup and want to move forward then everything is in place to set the project into motion without delay.
Budget
We’re not the cheapest option, but the delivered value you get is unmatched in the small business web design market.
Pricing ranges from $5K - $40K.

Disclaimer
The Free Mockup is a service we provide only to qualified projects. To qualify your budget and scope must fall in line with our pricing and capabilities. We reserve the right to refuse the Free Mockup to any project we feel we’re not the right fit for.
Website Questionnaire
If it’s determined that there’s a chance we could work together after reviewing the proposal, we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to get an understanding of the vision you have for your new website design.
You’ll share links to other websites you like the look and feel of, as well as fonts, colors, and other visual elements you’d like to see on your website. This will give us the direction we need to create your Free mockup.
Receive & Review Your Free Mockup
Your Free Mockup will arrive in your email inbox within 3-4 business days after submitting the website questionnaire.
You’ll see a few different mockup designs created by different designers. It may also include a custom color palette and typography sheet for each mockup.
Keep in mind the mockup is just a preliminary draft and if we move forward and work together we’ll keep fine-tuning the layout and design until it’s exactly the way you want it.
Contract
If you like the mockup and have enjoyed your test drive with Zeem Digital and want to work together we’ll send you a contract that reflects everything outlined in the proposal.
Bad Test Drive
If you feel like your experience with us wasn’t what you were looking for and would rather not move forward with the proposal that’s perfectly fine. You owe us nothing and you now have a better sense of what you’re looking for in your website.
The only thing we’ll ask is that you do not use the mockup we provided. The Free mockup will remain under our copyright unless you choose to work with us.
